Sponsorship Options for 2024 Conference:
All sponsorship levels include an online profile on the conference platform and virtual and/or in-person conference registration.
Room Sponsor ($300): Name and logo would appear on the room sign for in person sessions as well as on the conference schedule online in the SCHED platform and in the printed program. A room sponsorship would apply to 5 consecutive sessions in the same room during the conference. The logo and profile would also be included in the room sponsors section online. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile.
Silver Sponsor ($500): Name and logo would appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Silver Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile. Your logo and organization will also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program.
Gold Sponsor ($1000): Name and logo would appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Gold Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and place for you to link to your website from your profile. Your logo and organization will also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program.
your logo will be included as a sponsor in emails going out to prospective attendees prior to the conference and communication to attendees leading up to the conference.
